Tips for cracking IIT-JEE in 1 year if you have wasted your class 11.
If you have wasted your class 11, and now you are regretting about it then you are not the first Aspirants , and you won't be the last. Every year almost 70% of the student waste their class 11 and regret about it in class 12, due to which they even runied their class 12.
Let the past be bury. You won't change the past but you can change the future , if you work hard in present.
Then a question arises -
Can I make to IITs in 1 year?
The answer to this question is yes, definitely you can if you have the right startegy for it. It's never too late to start.
Remember one thing, success won't come to you in one day. And there are no shortcuts to the success. You need to work hard , and sacrifice things to achieve your goals. "Fruit of the hardwork is the sweetest", remember it.
TIPS :-
In order to achieve your goals follow these tips
1. Make a proper time table:
If you want to study for IIT-JEE,NEET or any competitive exam then you need to be punctual and be on time . Make a timetable as per your requirement and your convenience. Don't follow other's study schedule. Keep in mind once you have finalised your time table then you won't be changing it till your final exam. Each and every time table is effective if you follow it correctly and sincerely. You have heard that many people are saying that they don't have a proper timetable or they don't cope up with the time table because they frequently changed their time table which result it in only wastage of time.
(More details about time table, we have discussed in another blog)
2 . Study materials:
At present education has become one of the biggest business so several thousand study material present in the market but all are not good enough for preparation. Take the study material from the reputed coaching institute like Allen, fiitjee, resonance ,Aakash etc. I know several other coaching institute, most probably local ones ,they will always tell you that they have the best coaching material but keep in mind, till now they have not produced any All India Rank (AIR) 1.
Try to to select any one coaching material and complete it thoroughly. It is thousand time better to complete limited study material several time rather than completing 5 to 6 different coaching study material one time. Try to cover each and every section of your study material and do it genuinely. Clear your doubts if you struck in any question.
3. Test Series:-
Test is one of the most important thing in your preparation. It will tell you about your preparation level. If you are giving test and you are not analysing your mistake then your test will be worthless and you will struck in certain range of marks. Give test every month if you are a fresher and on every 15th day if you are a dropper in the beginning and decrease the timing between the two test as you move ahead in your preparation.
If your test is either too easy or too hard then it will create a negative impact on your preparation. Coaching institute like FIITJEE are setting very hard test papers , so they are not relevant for you to check your preparation . They will break your confidence. Keep in mind coaching institute have separate test for classroom program and distance learning program. In classroom program they target the exam and in distance learning program they tried to show their level and quality of question.
4. Balancing life with Preparation:
It's true that you need to sacrifice several thing if you are preparing for competitive examination. On the same time its really necessary to balance your life with preparation. For all aspirants at least 7 hours sleep is very much required . It will keep your mind healthy and active. Weekly go for walk or hangout with friends so that you can tackle monotonous life. Make your preparation be the part of your daily schedule then you will succeed.
Stay motivated in your life and try to create positive environment while you are preparing for the competitive examination. Don't indulge in any activity which distract you while your preparation( I hope understand what I mean).
5. Proper use of social media platforms:
Nothing is either good or bad, it actually depend on how you use it. If you are using social media platform like YouTube then you have came across videos like one shot video, crash course, quick revision doubt solving, tricks and shortcut, JEE /NEET in a week etc. If this is possible then student should have started their preparation 3 months before the main examination and they must have achieve first rank.
Avoid Girlfriend/Boyfriend relationship. In 99% cases it will runied your preparation and you will regret about it whole life. Stay away from social media like Facebook, whatsapp, instagram, etc. Avoid any kind of friend circle for enjoyment.
If you use social media in correct way then you can come across the people with same mentality as yours and it will boost your preparation. You can easily get access to the material which are expensive in the market . You can get advice from the senior. You can revise your previous concepts, give test, analysis trend, etc.
6. Correct way of doing chapters:
First arrange all the chapters according to the weight age of the chapter in previous exam and do the high weightage chapter first. Give more and more effort in chapters which has high weightage. If you are a fresher then start with NCERT and NCERT exemplar then go for any book.
You can considered a chapter to be completed ,if you are fulfilling all the below criteria -
A. Completed theory from NCERT .
B. Made a proper note of that chapter.
C. Completed at least hundred quality question of that chapter from the study material you have without skipping.
D. Completed previous year question of mains and advance (IIT-JEE) of atleast 13 years.
E. Give a test in that chapter if you fulfilled the above criteria.
7. Online/Offline/Local coaching :
If you can effort then you can go for offline coaching because traditional way of teaching is several time better than new teaching method. If you can't afford then go for online coaching ,or you can manage video lectures , modules and study materials of offline coaching (present in our BOT) and you can prepare from it.
Always keep in mind -
"The woods are lovely dark and deep,
But I have some promises to keep.
And miles to go before I sleep.
And miles to go before I sleep."
Thankyou !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
